At a commercial property in Fleet, Phil’s Drainage investigated a blocked ground floor WC using CCTV drainage equipment. The inspection identified significant uric scale deposits and a plastic obstruction within the foul water system, which was removed before flow testing confirmed the drainage was operating correctly and further preventative works were recommended.

Recently had Mark from Phil's Drainage Services at the house to deal with a localised flooding issue under the front door threshold. He excavated the area, cutting the blockwork, removing some ineffective legacy pipework and replaced it with new heavy duty cast iron ACOs before making good. Very happy with the finish which will be invaluable when the rain does come in the Autumn. Tidy, efficient and professional job.

My mum recently had a serious drainage issue at her property and was understandably extremely distressed. From the very first phone call, Mark was honest, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

Rather than simply attending and charging unnecessarily, he gave genuine advice about the likely cause of the problem and pointed us in the right direction first. Throughout the whole situation, both Mark and Carla kept checking in on mum, offering reassurance, support and guidance even whilst the issue was being dealt with elsewhere.

Everything Mark advised turned out to be completely correct and his knowledge and integrity genuinely stood out.

It is very rare nowadays to come across a company that puts helping people ahead of simply making money, but that is exactly what Phil’s Drainage Services did.
